Cancellation policy
You may request cancellation of your online order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at perleschaton@gmail.com or via the contact form. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.Workshop cancellation policy
The workshop is limited to 3 participants. If there are not enough registrations (less than 2 people), the workshop will be cancelled. In this case, participants may choose to receive a refund or register for a future workshop.Cancellations: if you are unable to attend, you can cancel your registration and receive a refund of 95% of the workshop price up to one week before the workshop is due to take place. After this time you will not be entitled to a refund.
Returns policy
Exchanges and refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase. You can contact us by sending an email to perleschaton@gmail.com or via the contact form. Return postage costs are at the customer's expense.
We do not accept returns or refunds if :
- The goods are soiled or damaged in any way by the consumer,
- The item was a final sale (sale item).
We accept refunds only if:
- The item does not match the description.
Important note
Please note that every item listed online might also be punctually available at craft markets.
We do our best to update the online inventory as items sell at markets! However, in the event of a duplicate sale, priority will be given to the in-market customer and you will receive a refund if we are unable to fulfil your online order.
